    Manager/Forest School Lead/Safeguard Lead

    I have taken over as Manager at the preschool for the last 4 years, after serving as Deputy Manager for 12 years. I have worked in Early Years for over 20 years and during this time gained my Level 3 qualification in Early Years Care and Education. I am also a qualified Level 3 Forest School Leader, I’m passionate about providing a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment for all children. As the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), I am responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children in our care.

    Deputy Manager/ Deputy Safeguarding Lead

    I am the Deputy Manager at the preschool and have worked with children for the past 12 years. I hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years and support Catherine with the day-to-day running of the preschool. I am also the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (Deputy DSL), helping to ensure our setting remains safe and supportive for all children. I am committed to creating a warm, secure, and engaging environment where every child can thrive.

    Early Years Educator - Level 3/ SENCO

    My name is Beth, and I am an Early Years Educator at the preschool. I have been working with children for around 7 years and have recently taken on the role of the setting’s SENCO. I have also begun Makaton training, which I am excited to introduce and embed within the preschool to support our children’s communication and inclusion.

    Early Years Educator - Level 3

    My name is Hannah, and I am an Early Years Educator at the preschool. I began working with children around 12 years ago, both in the UK and abroad. I am also the Health and Safety Officer, ensuring that our environment remains safe, secure, and well-maintained for all children and staff.

  • Emma, Ling and Julie

    Bank Staff

    We are very fortunate to have three wonderful bank staff members who regularly support our preschool: Emma, Ling and Julie. They are a valued asset to our team and play an important role in the day-to-day running of the setting.

    Emma, Ling and Julie work closely with both staff and children, they love getting to know the children, building positive relationships, and supporting their learning through play. Their flexibility, dedication and friendly approach help ensure continuity of care and a familiar, welcoming atmosphere for everyone at preschool.
